We do not collect sensitive financial data in Phase 1. We do not collect Social Security Numbers, bank account numbers, tax identification numbers, or financial statements through these forms. That information will only be collected when full platform operations begin, as part of the full onboarding process, governed by an updated version of this Privacy Policy.

When you visit ethicafi.com, standard web analytics tools may automatically collect:

We do not use your information to make any automated financial decisions about you in Phase 1. No credit checks, scoring, or financial assessments are conducted at this stage.

EthicaFi does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers.

4.1 Service Providers

  • GoHighLevel (GHL): Our CRM and email automation platform. Form submissions and email communications are stored in GHL.
  • Google (reCAPTCHA): Used on our forms to prevent spam submissions.
  • Email delivery infrastructure: Used to deliver our email sequences to your inbox.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of EthicaFi, our users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

If EthicaFi is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred to another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your information is stored within GoHighLevel's cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Use of reputable, security-certified third-party platforms

  • Lead form submissions: Retained until you request deletion or the end of EthicaFi's operations.
  • Email communications: Retained for a minimum of four (4) years for CAN-SPAM compliance.

7. Your Rights & Choices

7.1 Unsubscribe from Email

7.2 Access & Correction

7.3 Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

7.4 Florida Residents

Florida residents have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and Florida's data breach notification law (Florida Statute § 501.171). If we experience a data breach that is reasonably believed to have affected your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

7.5 California Residents
